Scrap value is of the last year, i.e., we'll get 1000 rupees if we sell at the end of 8th year, then how the depreciation cost at the 1st year is 60000-1000...
I mean the scrap value should be different in the 1st year... In the next numerical example resale value of each particular year is being deducted from the original cost, then why a constant value is deducted in this case???
