One of the only people that benefited from buying Commander 2019 and opening it was a guy who found misprint/error cards during the first wave (during the first week of release on top of that) and ended up selling them on FB for $3, 000+.

Ha! Of course Rudy is predicting Commander 2019 is gonna rise in price in the future! So he can unload his huge position on everyone's faces. But I for one am no Timmy. I'm three steps ahead playing 4-D chess and will, instead of panic selling, buy as much Commander 2019 as I can, just in case. Rudy thinks he plays me like a fiddle with those videos filled with hot investment tips, but what he doesn't know is that I just buy everything he mentions, pro or con, I just go long all-in balls-deep until my credit card is maxed out. 📈

I'm blown away at the moment with a handful of trusted EBay sellers who have Core 2021 Booster Boxes at $75 shipped. Other than MTG players buying from their LGS out of the goodness of their hearts, how are they supposed to compete with that? Drive to your local LGS & pay $100-110, for a product you can have shipped to your door $25+ cheaper? People forget about Prerelease events and a place to play FNM when the price disparity continues to worsen. Not saying anyone is wrong or right for this, just very...different.

No commander because the boxes take up so much friggin' room! I can invest/store $500 in a case of boosters in less physical space than a $99 commander case. If you're looking at long-term average of 6%, I'd rather get that 6% of $500 than 6% of $100 while paying the same maintenance to store them. If you can get in and get out quickly *giggity* then it's not as bad.
