Try "aloo ki tikki" (potato patty) you can get the recipie easily on the internet. It is an Indian Dish. (Tip: follow the "Lucknow style" recipie (it is a city in india with the best type of aloo tikki))

Dude u need to explain why some are orange like some other ppl have been asking. Did u add like mashed, roasted pumpkin to some of the potato to make it pumpkin flavour plus that gorj orange colour?
