I actually first learned about this years ago when a retouching friend of mine suggested looking up male to female feminization surgery back when I was trying to learn how to draw. That Wikipedia article actually did a pretty good job detailing the differences between men and women's faces so I kind of had a good idea of what to look for while watching this video. For the most part though, most of these transformations just looked like guys in drag. Nevertheless, an interesting video.

Interesting. It's relatively common for actresses to play much younger girls, e.g there was a Gilmore Girls actress in her 30s who played a late teenage girl. But there's no way a male adult could play a teenage boy character; the post puberty face and body differences are too marked.

What I see is a difference in the brow arches. That is the most important difference. A girl with grossly protruding brow arches never looks pretty.
Elvis has great facial features - high prominent cheekbones, a long chin and a pretty big good nose, long, wide eyebrows. Masculine in a good way. Not a rough. He didn't change much in the video.
