‘They slept on warnings’: Asaduddin Owaisi attacks Modi govt over Covid crisis

AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi lashed out at the Modi government over the Covid situation in the country. Owaisi said that the Modi government slept on warnings given by scientists on the second Covid wave and should now apologise to the nation. Owaisi said the Central government is to blame for the crucial shortage of drugs, oxygen and other critical equipment. Owaisi’s attack as comes as India registered 329,942 Covid cases in the last 24 hours. The country's cumulative infection tally has now reached 22,992,517. Watch the full video for all the details.

Why does he have to apologize? The State governments should apologize for their incompetence in dealing with the situation. The states had so much time to prepare for the second wave but did less or nothing. If center was to be blamed for everything then no need for State governments.
