Rancilio Silvia vs Gaggia Classic Pro - Live Comparison With Justins Coffee Station

comparison of the Gaggia Classic Pro and the Rancilion Silvia done live previously on ig. thought id post to YouTube for others to see. this isn't the most in-depth or anything but it was very fun to do and have a little race to see which would make a latte faster.

I personally believe the Rancilio is the better machine but as you can see with the race that the Gaggia is faster for one drink.

For the latte race we had about 2 minutes on the gaggia and about 2 minutes 55 seconds for the Silvia

Start frothing on the Gaggia just a bit before the light comes on and you’re good for longer time.
