As Russian rockets and military trucks are attacking in Ukraine and killing innocent people, so do the Russians armoured vehicles and trucks are used to kill innocent people in Burma. The civilians deaths in Mariupol will be in the hands of the Azov battalions for stopping them to evacuate. Many times the Russia had given them time to surrender or go out and flee the area. So whatever the deaths of those civilians the Russian military can never be blamed.
