Lindsay Hoyle has to be one of the worse Speakers in recent years. No control or authority at all.

Yesterday, when she spoke the microphone mysteriously stopped working too, so we couldn't hear her call out Johnson's hypocrisy with regard to the Russia report.

Its no more complicated than a lot of russian oligarch money running very deep in London and other UK cities with many Tories having business ties to the russian-bought property and stuff. Its not so much hacking or whatever, but Tories being too scared to bite the hand that feeds them.
