In the 70's working on plastic canvas was a BIG thing to do. I made many tissue box covers, Christmas ornaments, refrig magnets, and even purses for myself & my daughter. It was lots of fun! :)

You should look at Herrschners and Mary Maxim! Great crafting websites. They also have plastic canvas cross stitch, counted cross stitch and diamond paintings. I think you would like Mill Hill kits, Amazon.

These are cute. I used to do plastic canvas all the time, but it was 3D projects like kleenex boxes, phone book covers, Xmas tree ornaments ect. I will try to dig some of my projects I did out and post it on my instagram (christinabmcallister) - I changed my username when I had to re-create my account. I have not posted any type of pictures yet, I will try to tomorrow.
