Eiffel Tower evacuated after shirtless man climbs landmark

French authorities have evacuated the Eiffel Tower after a man was seen climbing the landmark just hours before the Olympic closing ceremony.

The shirtless man was spotted just above the Olympic sign on the tower, which is beyond the first viewing deck.
