Revit Review - Legends or Drafting View?

Nearly everything in Revit is a single use item. Detail views, Schedules, sheets, and elements are all items that can only be used once in one location. You know what CAN be used in multiple places? LEGENDS!!

Every sheet needs is own "general" notes...Framing Notes -General, Foundation Notes - General...etc. Legend for each???
