I don't know about anybody else but I'm here because this helps me feel good and sleep at night.

I had an ankle sprain like this, i could barely move it and after a week, i just held my breath and tried to do a circle with my foot, my ankle let out the most pleasurable crack I have ever felt. I would pay alot of money just to have that feeling again. It felt incredible. After I cracked it, it started to heal quicker

Man anybody out there suffering from repetitive ankle sprains like I use too. It’s indicative of a larger problem, you need to adress imbalances in your kinetic chain (muscle imbalances, hips and knees out of alignment etc). Ankle stability and foot strengthening exercises really helped me, as well as training in “zero drop” shoes.

Third time he asks him “you okay Simon?”
Simon: (no response... Simon is passed out”)

I can literally feel the pain watching this even if there's numbing lotion applied to his ankle or something. I don't know why but I can literally literally feel it. I sprained my ankles (yes ankles (left and right) ) so many times since I learned how to play basketball when I was on grade school and played until college. And watching this video reminds me how painful that stage is when it starts to have a discoloration. Damn it hurts real bad.

I remember having an ankle like this being treated in this manner. Worst minute of my life when they drained it but it felt amazing afterwards...

I fractured my ankle and sprained it I went to a Mexican guy who does these kinds of massages he rubbed the shit out of my ankle it hurt so bad but when he was done the swelling went down so much and I could actually walk on it it's like hes a magician he said all he did was put the nerves back in place

Run from any chiropractor using this Graston technique. I had my foot and ankle done and now I have permanent nerve damage. I'm in pain every day every step. Take my advice and only allow a soft tissue specialist to work on your soft tissue problems. Chiropractors go to school to work on bones not soft tissue. Chiropractors get this Graston certification in a few days or weeks, all to get more of your money and not to pay a soft tissue specialist to be on hand at their office. I wish I had done my research first. Don't make my mistake, I don't wish this pain on anyone.

Anybody else LOVE the feeling of rubbing sprained ankles and bruises? It is the best feeling ever. Im not a weirdy who likes pain or anything, but specifically rubbing bruises, sprained ankles, strained muscles, things like that, it is the greatest feeling in the world.
