I have found over the years that if I consume a few cloves of fresh garlic in the evening, I will awaken in the morning feeling fresh and strong. 4 cloves is safe.
If I am sick at bedtime, I add a few drops of Oil of Oregano to the garlic, because Oil of Oregano is being studied for use against certain fungi that are very hard to kill.

So, once upon a time a kid had those symptoms. Mom notices and buys a special laxative to get rid of the parasites. She tells her kid “hey! tomorrow first thing you must take this meds for 🦠.” So a parasite happened to be near the kid’s belly button and hears mom. Parasite runs to his dad and tells him “dad dad!
