Himeji, located west of Osaka, is known for the captivating Mount Shosha, the majestic Himeji Castle and the charming Koko-en Garden.
There are numerous ways to get to Himeji from Osaka, and one efficient option is to take the JR train from Osaka-Umeda Station.
At Osaka-Umeda Station, proceed to the JR Kobe Line platform, and take the Special Rapid Service train. The train ride will take about an hour.
