Ethereum Mining is Dead…

After more than six years, the Ethereum devs finally made the Merge a reality. This means that Ethereum mining has now officially come to an end - there is no more mining of the Ethereum $ETH coin. Although there have been many forks and new coins emerging to capitalize on this switch, Ethereum will never be mineable again. This is a momentous occurrence for cryptocurrency as a whole, as there is now only one major mineable coin left standing - Bitcoin. Mining Ethereum was what got me into cryptocurrency over five years ago, so I am naturally very sad to see it go - but what does it mean for the crypto and mining ecosystem? Today I want to go over what I think about the end of Ethereum mining, as well as how I’m personally taking steps to avoid getting burnt by other coins while building out a $100k+ cryptocurrency mining farm!

I’ve been under since day one, (April 2021). When BTC was supposed to go to $100k, It didn’t. I’ve been buying and hodling AMCZ3 and i know my patience will pay off .

I bought one 3060ti to mine Eth, which pretty much paid for itself. I stopped buying GPUs as soon as I found out ETH was moving away from POW, and started investing in NFTs and real state. People have to adapt to changes. The rich never stop adapting and diversifying! Farm land is ata premium right now. May be become a farmer and start producing organic food.

Why would ETC rebrand? It's the original Ethereum where code is law. Ethereum foundation should have rebranded their chain when they compromised their original values and rolled back the chain.

Voskcoin ETH is dead for PoW! ETH is PoS now so except it no need to defend something that does NOT care about you! No love lost imo for ETH .. ETH can die for all I care! all We only care about is PoW coins! in time that a PoW coin (like ETC) will pay yours bills! So why put it down! ETH is never coming back to PoW it’s dead! I only had 3 GPU rigs on it, I have been mining with ASIC on BTC since 2016 with free electric! the bulk of my farm is BTC miners, so ETH going has not affected me at all but still I feel for some many others hurting because of it .. sorry I just can’t care one bit about ETH I would support ETC instead but that’s just me!

I think crypto mining is as dead as Pet Rocks, Cabbage Patch Kids, and Beanie Babies. It was a fad...and a lot of us enjoyed it while it lasted. I thank God that I never grew beyond a 36 GPU farm, and avoided being financially devastated by selling my holdings before the major collapse.
