I really appreciate the way you share buddhist teachings.

I think the correct way to say it is not delaying the enlightement which I suppose it's not possible, but returning after enlightenment again and again in this realm until all beings are liberated. A liberate being has more tools to liberate others and he/she can choose how and where reincarnate again. That's what I've been taught and makes sense to me, at least.

I’m so lucky to have found you! I’ve seen all your videos so many times and keep waiting for new ones. I sent them to my daughter and now she’s like me following you, I’m Isabel from Canada

I have always felt like we were like leaves of a tree, or waves of the ocean.

Thanks for your work!
I'm a silly little creature but I am Buddhist; and though I fail, I still keep my single minded effort.

You're videos are very helpful and wonderful to reflect on!
Your efforts are appreciated! <3

This question often plagues me as to how can someone delay his own enlightenment and is it a possibility that all sentient beings can be liberated? The last part specially resonates with me a lot as to how to work for the welfare of other beings.

I'm just a leaf on the tree. I like that Simeon.

The Teachings say (to paraphrase),

_"The Dharma is Non-dual, there is neither the observer nor the observed."_

Thus there is neither the rescuer nor the rescued, how should anyone pledge to cause to save anyone's else and all?

Then what waits for me in the next life if I believe some people don't want to be saved? What about monks that aren't bhodisattvas? Are they too forever damned to the realm of samsara until they have saved every sentient being?

The Teachings say ( to paraphrase),

_"Ignorance turns into illumination when Oneself realizes the very principle of Dharma Laksana."_

*Dharma Laksana* ie ( the dynamics of) Objects & Phenomena.

I had some kind of knowledge transmission on shrooms, I saw Buddha, I experienced anatta and saw exactly that - that we are like leaves on a tree of life and the illusory separate „I” is assumed from the sensations but in actuality it does not exist

You wake up when you stop pretending you’re not god. In the meantime, you’re just playing the silly little game “Oh, I’m just poor little me!”. So here we are running around in a panic as if it were necessary to become something beyond ourselves. When you’re ready to wake up you will wake up.

Can someone explain this to me: there is no I, no rescuer or person needed to be rescued. Therefore, how is the vow able to be made if there is no one to make it?

I think this longing to liberate others is considered an attachment to be let go in Theravada, and due to this Theravada is considered somewhat selfish, by the Mahayana.
