Nice explanation and run through. However you wrote the final solution with x+y as the denominator by accident, even though you did state it was x+4y.

Sir you not write in denominator x+4y there is mistake you write only x+y

it should be (3x+xy)/(x+4y) you mention it but you did not write the it.
