A dance studio is mourning the loss of one of its students who died in a hit-and-run crash in Pittsburg. 17-year-old Brooke Jeffrey died earlier this week. Her family and friends are now demanding answers.

The Crosswalks in that area were upgraded because someone already died from walking on those Crosswalks. It took one death that took years to implement upgrades, yet the upgrades are not fully operating. Street Lights for the upgrades are still not operating.
C'mon Pittsburg, many Residents have warned you about this for years.

Keep letting the criminals roam free and dont let the cops catch them and keep them in prison. Criminals dont learn when you release them on bail. may she rest in peace. Also, People, stop blaming everyone but the criminals the reason she was hit is because of a speeding driver and they clearly didn't care about her. never learn. wasn't the cities fault.
