Toasted Spam Breakfast Sandwich ~ Easy Cooking

In this easy cooking video, I make a toasted Spam, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich in my toaster oven. The ingredients I used for my sandwich are an English muffin, an egg, a slice of Spam canned meat, and a slice of Colby-Jack cheese. I cooked everything on bake for 8-9 minutes but the cooking time might vary depending on your oven.

Most people have negative views of SPAM. A lot has changed over the years. They have many different flavors, low sodium, low cal options and I keep a very large supply in my long term food storage/prepping. SPAM has a long shelf life and is very versatile in a number of dishes. I make mass SPAM/hash brown/egg burritos for breakfast and freeze them for later use. Although, with this recipe I may have to make a batch of these breakfast sandwiches and freeze them as well.

Appreciate simple and hearty recipes like these. Spam and tuna are essentially the only meats I buy, if you even want to count them as meat.

Good to see you back in your wheelhouse: the toaster oven. I never even thought about getting a toaster oven until I started watching your toaster oven videos, and now I cannot live without my toaster oven. I was taught in public school that Edison invented the light bulb, but who invented the toaster oven did not make it into the curriculum. I need to complain to the local school board.
