Voters arrive at polls in New York City

Voters started arriving at polling stations in New York early on Tuesday to decide whether to send Donald Trump back to the White House or elevate Kamala Harris to the Oval Office.

One station was setup at Brooklyn Museum for the U.S. election vote.

Other voting locations also opened across the nation on Tuesday morning as voters faced a stark choice between two candidates who have offered drastically different temperaments and visions for the world’s largest economy and dominant military power.

Harris, the Democratic vice president, stands to be the first female president if elected.

She has promised to work across the aisle to tackle economic worries and other issues without radically departing from the course set by President Joe Biden.

Trump, the Republican former president, has vowed to replace thousands of federal workers with loyalists, impose sweeping tariffs on allies and foes alike, and stage the largest deportation operation in U.S. history.

Sure, if your here illegally you should be deported but you cant just up and deport everyone. You need to check why, if they have a criminal record, have they worked and if so, did they pay taxes? Are they utilizing the system for free money, housing, food etc.? Many people flee their countries due to issues not always criminal but can be no work, bad living standards etc., etc. This country was built by immigrants. The local Indian populations did not build anything. Immigrants will mostly work very hard, do jobs the local citizens dont want and follow the rules and laws to stay under the radar. But many will also go through the correct procedures to try to become legal. We have a large country with plenty of space, jobs and more for immigrants. Give them a chance first. If they are willing to work, learn the language, follow the laws, work on the right path to legal status, I dont see why we should kick them out just because! Todays world should be more aimed at open borders not lock downs. People in general want peace, cooperation and to exist. This world has the opportunity to do this but the problem is the leaders who are 90% power hungry. I guarantee you, if the leaders of the world would work together we could create a world with open borders, move, live, work anywhere, coexist.
