I received this Coravin System two for a Christmas gift and looking forward to giving this a try. Can't tell you how many GREAT bottles of red wine have been spoiled by not consuming them after opening them.

Does your ARGON seem to leak out? Is there a trick to preserving the argon?

i have the model 2 plus pack..1st time use .I tried it on the bonanza cabernet...everything seems working..but when i pull the needle up/out...the cork still did not seal entirely...so i tilt the bottle down..is leaking drops by drops....I hope maybe is the cork issues...I will try others bottles later see any differences...It also came with 3 brand new needles as

I've read some negative reviews about expensive wine spoiling after a week or so. Others have said the corks haven't sealed properly. Have you experienced this? Any bottles going bad?

How often do you have to change the gas cartridge?

You should be purging the needle before you push the needle into the cork. If you don't there's a good chance you're going to be introducing oxygen into the bottle.
