Make the stickers not only to use for your own inspections -- with gentle adhesive, so they won't damage anything -- but also sell them as merchandise for viewers! Heck, I would use them to remind my son to bring his laundry to the laundry room and pick up burrito wrappers he dropped on the kitchen floor.

When I did a walk through before moving in to my new house I put blue or green painter's tape all over. The blue was for minor touch-ups and the green for "nope, fix it."
