When we lived in Memphis our out of town visitors would request a visit to Graceland. Since Al Green’s church was near Graceland, we started having a double visit on Sundays. Al Green’s church for an hour before Graceland. Much more fun! Al Green is Memphis SOUL. Nice reaction. (He had a full band at church, too!) Thanks!

I appreciate how you listen to the whole song before you comment! A lot of these reaction videos feature "kids" telling you what kind of "vibe" a song gives them without having listened to the whole thing and then miss out on important context while they're flapping their yaps. (I'm of a certain age so I think I can say kids.) I also like how you shout out each aspect of the song including the lyrics. Well done!!

You should check out when Al Green appeared on the 1970s TV special "Chicago In The Rockies". Filmed at Nederland Ranch in Colorado, it was a special of the rock group Chicago, and in one segment Al Green comes into the recording studio where Chicago was practicing. Al sings his beautiful soulful song "Tired Of Being Alone" with Chicago on instruments. Talk about a fantastic collaboration! The audio recording appears on the Rhino Records/Warner Brothers reissue of the album Chicago VI as a bonus track. Both the audio and the video versions of this great pairing are on YouTube. In the video you can see how everyone was having a great time together!
