Top FREE Resources To Get Better At Coding In 2024!

Показать описание
The video discusses free resources available online that can help individuals interested in learning coding or looking to brush up their existing skills. The speaker mentions that about 90% of learning coding depends on the individual's efforts, with only 10% being guided by a mentor or a paid course. The video covers topics like Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), web development, backend coding, deployment, DevOps, GitHub, competitive programming, and more. To learn these, the presenter recommends resources like Codeforces, LeetCode, freeCodeCamp, YouTube, and contributing to open-source software. Lastly, he emphasizes that building projects, posting them on GitHub, and continuous learning are crucial steps for progressing from a beginner to an advanced level in coding.

Newbies Believe me, 1st cohort is going literally mind blowing. 🤯💯

Source - I'm from 1st cohort of 100xDevs (Harkirat's course)

📌 Harkirat, Pin this for the newbies.

Mentor is 100% needed coming from a path of regorous self learning myself, you will come across a lot of procastination and there will be days you wanna dont do it, you feel like i will do it tomorrow and you are always stuck in some sort of turorial hell. Having a mentor makes sure that you study what is needed and what is enough, and move on to doing another technology or start building projects. Having a mentor makes you have confident that yeah i know that. Any ways its your own decision in the end of the day.

As a cohort 1 student, the content he provided in cohort 1 was far more valuable than what I would typically expect for the cost of 6000rs. I have learned more from him than I did during my entire degree, and he has also taught me many additional things.

Hello Harkirat I come from Biology background and I don't know much of the things what you are talking but still keep coming back to watch your videos as they are informative.
My question to you is if I would like to enter the coding world where should I start from and what materials should I use. Is there anything you have which I (and many begginers like me)can benefit from you.
One small suggestion is that please use a better mike.
Tq for the content

I have spent over 40-50K in buying online courses but these 6k were the most rewarding. The best course/cohort out there for Beginner to Intermediate level programmers.
📌 Harkirat, Pin this comment and let them what you’re providing.

Harkirat, I would like to request you to make a video on how and where can we find reliable and profitable internships? Something for the people currently pursuing engineering plis?

Loved it. Probably will not buy your cohort as im trying to learn backend in Java(Spring) because of my knowledge in Java is most in-depth but nowadays i also follow many devs like primogen and cloudzy and they too recommend roadmaps similar to you. Also one thing i think you should have included in your video was studying dbms, cn, os and maybe oops in depth as they are heavily important to understand stuff like message queues.
