In North America the 2.5 gets GDI and MPI to keep the intake valves clean.
I own a 2021 Sonata SEL 2.5 and the power is decent but it gets fantastic fuel economy.
I'm very happy with this car.

The Ioniq has had decent ADAS capability at < RM120k for a few years now. Why should I go a segment above and not have these features? Hugely overpriced.

Despite that however, the price alone and lack of ADAS will definitely kill itself immediately.

The Sonata (DN8) is suffering from sluggish sales so much that Hyundai has already closed the Asan Plant line where its being build, while the Hyundai Grandeur which is built in the same plant is selling like hot cakes. Inside Hyundai, the DN8 is being admitted as a failed model, so the company decided to skip a mid-cycle facelift in favor of a full model change that will arrive in 2023.

What Hyundai means by saying our fuel is not compatible with their TGDi engine? Our fuel got RON 100 already. Their engine needs to run on rocket fuel is it?

The headlight will outdate very soon, is obsolete design, the overal exterial design really cannot. The new k5 2.5 turbo really better than this alot, but will not enter asia market
