Free water in India, would you drink it?

Free and pure water in India? Yeah, if you're lucky enough to live in the mountains, there's pure water flowing out of the glaciers and snow-capped peaks. It's paradise. Isn't Bharat incredible?

The location is the Jammu region of Jammu & Kashmir union territory between Basohli and Bani.

It's the best-tasting water in India. It comes out very cold straight from the mountain. Although I don't recommend foreigners take risks like this unless they treat the water first, our stomachs are sensitive (unlike my wife's, she can drink from any source in India 😅).

The background sound is the actual sound of that natural fountain. Such an incredible spot.

We found this fountain while riding around the Jammu region. Locals were stopping to fill up their drink bottles, and even wash their faces and cars. The water is very cold, so it's refreshing to drink in the summer heat.

Ah, looks like the incredible spring water we get here in the Cascades of the Pacific Northwest! I can taste it now: most delicious drink there is.

I remember a place like this in another foreign country, and the water was all clean, despite tap water not being clean!

Many locals would get giant barrels and fill them with this water.. then take them back home.

Each barrel could atleast hold 50 litres!
