Uhhh, idkk if it helps heal muscles or not, but i do know that these things changed my life!! I have a few different problems that require surgery, but thats another story for another time. However, i experience extreme pain in my back that is so deep, i have never been able to get any kind of relief. I have 2-3 ribs on both sides of my spine that tend to slip out of place and the most weird and random times. I have to be very careful with the slightest movement, sneezing, coughing, tying my shoe, ect. Sometimes they just partially start to slip out and im able to catch it n push it back in on my own with either a raquet or tennis ball and the floor, and other times they will slip completely out of place to the point where im pretty much paralyzed and have excruciating pain with ever breath. I was never able to massage those deep muscles and tendons in my back and didnt even know it was possible. Untilll, i got one of these bad boys!! It might be super weird to some people, and please don't make things akward and think with a dirty mind, lol. Idk how else to explain it. But using the massage gun on and around the muscles of the slipped ribs in my back right next to my spine is literally "orgasmic" i guess is the best way to explain it. Like, Ill lightweight start "moaning" uncontrollably, ill start breathing heavy and people start looking at me weird. But, they dont understand just how amazing it feels and how much relief it brings me when i hit certain muscles and tendons that are DEEP in my back that i just can't control it!! Am i weird?!? Or do other people experience a lightweight "orgasm" and start making weird noises uncontrollably when they're are getting an extremely deep muscle/tendon massage?!?!
