Hi Keshav Singh, I am following this tutorials on SQL 2016. Business Intelligence Development Studio (BIDS) is no more part of SQL Server. Will you please tell me what is the alternate of BIDS ? Can i use visual studio ? Thanks

can someone tell me how can i connect to Analysis Server locally using SQL Server? I tried opening object explorer, selecting Analysis Server and then use localhost as ServerName but i keep getting error: SqlBrowser is not running, although i checked local services and it is running. Any ideas? Maybe i should use different Servername or specify some connection string options?
