I was born and raised in Catania, and to thank you immensely for showcasing this beautiful part of our city, I can tell you that the man at 2:13:00 who gives you the long fart, does so because he has become let's say ''popular'' on a channel of a Catania youtuber named Davidekyo, where he always does the fart as a rant toward the subjects for whom he is asked questions, it could be about politics, gay marriage, sports and other topics that can create controversies.

Clearly Davidekyo, to raise the entertainment level of his YouTube channel, prefers to interview the less cultured and uneducated people of the city, who can be easily found at the fish market, or market in Piazza Carlo Alberto.

For instance, below is the link, where he rants toward the fans (from Catania) of the Juventus soccer team (of Turin, Northern Italy), since Catania and Southern Italy in general has many supporters of stronger teams, often from Northern Italy and who do not root for the local team, ''Calcio Catania.''
