Durge was! If you heal them with the level 6 spell *after* turning Bhaal down at the temple, you will get a memory that Durge played with other children and had a normal childhood before the Urge took hold of them.

The canonical answer for Durge is yes though. If you have rejected your father and the spell "Heal" gets used on you, You have a flashbacks with time you were playing tag with children in the park, a time before the dark urge was awakened when you had foster parents watching over you

Wyll and karlach probably played together. Karlach seems to be fond towards the game so its likely she played it. And she was a lower sitty kid. And wyll states he would sneak out to play games like it in the lower city with the lower city kids. I like to think the canonical ending to bg3 is with wyll and karlach in the hells not just together but TOGETHER. And that on several occusions they have been around each other in the past nit even knowing Fate wanted them to be with eachother
