well that is not the case this year. It's more than tripled and comparable pricewise with whoever is in between the highest cost and the medium cost. Embrace is right in between for my 12 year old American shorthair. I m still going with Embrace.

Why would anyone have an insurance policy and not file a claim throughout the year? That makes no sense when you think about it. To say your deductible will be lowered by $50 if you don't file a claim makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. That's the whole point of having the insurance, is to file a claim to be reimbursed.
