INGREDIENTS:

●Pork steaks 500-600 g
●Black pepper
●Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
●Salt
●Butter 50 g
●7-8 cloves of garlic
●Soy sauce 6 tbsp. l
●Honey 2 tbsp. l
●Boiled rice 300 g

1. Pound pork steaks 1.5 cm thick with a hammer on both sides.
2. Brush steaks with vegetable oil and sprinkle with black pepper
3. Add a little vegetable oil to a preheated frying pan and fry the steaks over high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Remove the pork from the pan, reduce the heat to less than medium and add 50 g of butter.
5. Finely chop the garlic and add butter on top, fry for 2-3 minutes.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to 6 tablespoons of soy sauce and mix
7. Place the pork in the pan and pour the resulting sauce over it
9. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, turning the steaks occasionally.
10. Very tasty served with boiled rice, sprinkled with the resulting sauce.
