Thanks for the info. in this video Roy. Sorry that it happened. Unfortunately, these scammers can change their eBay name and re-join eBay and keep up their dastardly scamming. All we can do is do what we are supposed to do as resellers and if we have too, deal with the scammers as they pop up from time to time. Keep up the good work!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE???? It exasperates me that people like this have nothing better to do with their time and resources! And it especially ticks me off that they tried to scam you!!!! Shaking my head....

My experience with eBay is they don't support sellers. I've stopped leaving feedback to buyers until they leave feedback. Very few leave feedback anymore

Sorry that this happened to you! I had a lady buy a NWT Buxton leather wallet and then she used it, and complained it was too big. She emailed me every day for like 15 or 20 days to return it. Then she tried to do a Paypal charge back and I documented that and she lost. Even after that she was emailing asking to send the wallet back because it was too big for her purse! I finally told her to buy a bigger purse and blocked her!! I also asked her if she sent the wallet back, how could I sell it NWT, when she had used it an discarded the tag??

Thanks for the info, I'm sorry this happened. If you block them what keeps them from opening another account and them doing it again? I've learned how to block someone now and actually did it !! WINK WINK

Did I understand you right that he actually requested more of the same merchandise that he claims he did not authorize to purchase? That sounds like to me he pretty much told on himself. As much as I would like too, this is one of the many reasons I have not become a reseller and a reseller on Ebay. It seems to me that it is too much of a headache dealing with Ebay and with buyers! Not worth my time or blood pressure.
