I was born in 98. This little purple fella is some of my finest bliss memories, when I think of playing it I feel so innocent and worry free, for years I couldn’t remember the name, just a little purple character riding a skateboard. I was so useless at games as a kid, all I remember is not doing any missions just skating around on free mode. Same with Driver. Anyone remember them discs that had no full games but about 40 demo games?

Also astonishing to think this was developed in 1998. Mental how far games have come.

I enjoyed the remaster but I really wish they would’ve just ported this into the new consoles. There is definitely a level of nostalgia that you miss out on when they restyle the graphics and update them. What woulda been best was if they did it JUST like the Halo 1 anniversary. They updated the graphics and you could revert them to the classic graphics in real-time with the press of a button. Should be the norm for remakes IMO
