Sarah's reviews can make any vehicle interesting.

This type of hybrid is kinda what I been waiting for... the rest have been at best for performance, where this thing has true range. Just refill the tank, go another 600 miles! Locomotives use this style of drivetrain (roughly) where an ICE engine generates electricity to power torquey electric motors.

988 km on a gas tank ... pretty interesting setup!

Your car reviews are truly excellent. I don't know how or when it happened but suddenly you're my "go to" car reviewer!!

Proof that you present these cars better than anyone else. I must have watched half a dozen reviews of the new Accord before this one, and not until *you* explained everything did I realize what the whole propulsion system was about. All I did before this was complain about the loss of the 2.0T. Now I'm actually very interested in this as a daily driver.

Also, you're not old! My Game Boy was a Coleco Football handheld game. 🤯

This is an interesting take on a hybrid. I like the idea of the engine being mostly decoupled from the propulsion and being used primarily for power generation. (Cruise ships do the same thing.) It also means the electric bits are useful even if the engine is not. Could mean the difference of limping to a shop, versus waiting 3 hours for a tow truck. I like it a lot, and might actually own one of these someday. Thanks for showing it off, Sarah! 👍

I test drove these at my last job and I absolutely loved them. They are the perfect size, power level, comfort level...I felt like I was chilling on my couch which had a ton of low end power. haha If I could afford cars that cost more than $10k this would be on the shortlist for sure!

Hi Sarah, it is very similar to my own car, 2022 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE. I am an Uber and Lyft driver, automotive service tech student, and also U.S. Air Force veteran. I was also stationed at Ramstein Air Base back in 2004-2006. If my car ever dies (~75K miles), I can consider this one as a contender! Thanks for the review and keep making great content!

Super Thanks. The swerves you do from old inexpensive sports cars to boss go-anywhere vehicles and deep dives too - is amazing.

This is an amazing piece of technology. Thank you for showing. And I’m right there with you on cars being cars. I was able to drive an eleventh gen Civic Sport as a rental car for 600 miles and fell in love with it. I climbed back into my 2018 six speed manual HR-V after and it felt so far removed tech wise. But cars being cars, that’s why I love Honda. Oh and butter-fly? This is why we love you!

I really like the overall design, escpecially the interior looks sleek. I think this is one of the best looking cars on the market right now and it drives miles further than any true EV would! That just goes to show how the future could look like, if you let engineers decide

First it was the Station Wagon, replaced by the Mini Van, replaced by the SUV. I like the SUVs with truck DNA. Such a large umbrella for SUVs. I don't regard many SUVs as SUVs at all. I'm with Sarah! Bring back the cars! Interesting power system on this Honda!

I really like your entire coverage of the car’s body, exploring the underside with a critical eye. You also have a knack for making that statement and keep on rock ‘n rolling with a straight face.

The technical specification focus of this review coupled with Sarah’s sense of humor is refreshing! I like how this video explains exactly how this car functions and the view from underneath is a really unique feature. I appreciate this!

No Sarah, you are not old but I thank you for your knowledge of older cars.

Just put a deposit on one yesterday. This was the most thorough review on YT. Those of us that wrench on our own vehicles sincerely appreciate the underbody shots and the engine bay being shown in detail. Thanks!

Hey Sarah, well done car review as always very interesting vehicle love your insight couldn’t agree more. I personally think highbred is the way to go versus pure EV my buddy got a 2006 Highlander just about 300, 000 miles on it still the original hybrid battery everything works still growing strong. and I’m very impressed with your triceps must be all that sanding🙂🐧🐧🐧👍

I miss the Accord V-6 with a manual transmission, but this looks like a great value. Packed with Honda-like virtues, and that range is a solid feature.

You certainly have a unique take on the car. I’ve watched quite a few review videos of the 2023 Accord Hybrid and I learned a lot that other people never even mentioned. I appreciate your work!
