Banjo Meets Conker

Taken from the Xbox trailer where Rare got sold to Microsoft They did not ruin Rare it's Rare that ruined themselves cause they keep hiring too many amatuer employees to work there and also Rare's Xbox games are actually pretty good (Except for Grabbed by the Ghoulies) it wouldn't be until summer of 2019 when Nintendo and Microsoft teamed up to put a few Xbox and Windows 10 games on the Switch as well as Banjo & Kazooie being playable fighters in Smash Bros why hasn't Conker been in Smash Bros yet Banjo would at least knock some sense into getting Conker to remember the times they raced together in Diddy Kong Racing.
