This is absolutely majestic-- a soaring, synth-ripping evocation of times past. For me the intro is spellbinding and establishes the melodic thread that carries through the entire tune. There is a very nice progression of layers, punctuated by the break at about 1:38. This is concision in a musical form, as it's really neither shorter nor longer than it needs to be. Powerful, cinematic stuff.

Although I'm not placing it on my 'Best of New Retro Wave' playlist, I'd give it... 4.5 Chris Whites out of 5.

Incredible deep track. An excellent mix of tension, good melody and even epic feelings. Reminds me of Paul Hertzog's songs, from Bloodsport soundtrack.
