Changed lock but after closing it, I couldn't change the numbers on lock. Let's say the new lock is 271, the numbers on lock are fixed at 271 and i couldn't try 100 to check whether it's opening or not

Bought this one and a less expensive American Tourister (one of your other brands). The cheaper one had instructions and seems better equipped. A bit sad.

Doesn't say how to adjust the red tag, so is not helpful. Save yourself time, and frustration, and visit one of the many other videos which are much better at communicating this simple message. Wake up Samsonite!
