I hope The xx know that they saved some lives.

I could not say a favourite song of them, but the riff of 'Islands' just made me cry again. Thanks for making me see that, although some years ago, I listened your three LPs making love and having conversations with my ex-wife; I thought it would be so difficult to enjoy without her.

I cried because of pure happiness. For having a band of young people with real Art inside their veins. I did not cry for her. Thank you. You changed a lot of things, for good, for me.

And I do not know any music of these days, because I live through the Seventies and the Nineties. But The xx are so special, that I had to write this, here, now. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

The original video has been removed, like many of you I wanted so bad to watch the full video like I did a couple of years ago, after an hour of research I found Dig for Fire Production Creator and contacted Her.
After a couple of days she gave me the link for the full video.
