Rabindranath Tagore | How a School Drop-Out Won the Nobel Prize | Dhruv Rathee

The man who wrote the national anthems of India and Bangladesh was a school dropout, but how did he go on to win a Nobel Prize? This is Rabindranath Tagore's short biography in Hindi. His father Debendranath Tagore's spiritual journey to Shantiniketan, Golden Temple Amritsar and Dalhousie hill station in Himalayas, where he learnt the Ramayan, Upanishads, astronomy, Kalidas poems. The translation of his poems Gitanjali made him popular and he won Nobel Prize. In this video, I throw a light on his life.
