My biggest criticism this season is that Shauna was the only character who felt the writers wrote for. Everyone else felt like plot devices to forward Shauna’s plot.

Adult Lottie’s death is what annoyed me the most. The only other character (who was written well) who felt wasn’t written as a Shauna plot devices was Natalie. Lottie’s death was extremely disappointing especially how and why she died.

I don't have much to add, but once someone on here pointed out that Sarah Desjardins is 30, it's all I can see when Callie is onscreen. She does a decent job of acting 16, but she looks every year of 30.

Not sure I need the ending explained to me. I am still confused, however, why Melissa killed Van. Did she kill her just to escape or is she just as psycho and fucked up as Shauna? I mean, I think she could have gotten away without killing Van.

Okay here's a theory, because we didn't see where Melissa went after killing Van, what if this sets up to where we actually meet up with Adult Akilah where they talk about how crazy Shauna is and this leads into (hopefully they're renewed) next season where they meet with Misty and Tai, yes I think there will also be that confrontation about Van between the two, but also form a coalition against Shauna due to seeing Misty/Tai scene at the end of the episode and also the ending when Natalie goes to find help.

I know we didn't necessarily see Akilah after that cave scene with Lottie but personally to me I think she was just in the background after that and also if next season does happen I just think there's more to Akilah than we thought also due to how she is willing to not only kill the animals but also form a hunt in order for Nat to get help.

Idk that's just me as an Adult Akilah Truther for her to be a surprise 9th Survivor in the group🙏🙏🙏

I HATED Mari every second of the show until she pulled that card. I was in denial thinking she would get away and survive like all the other times. When she pulled off the jacket I actually started sobbing. I remembered her in the cabin seeing the bloody walls. That poor girl and her FRIEND’s futile attempts to help. The pit girl preview was brutal and the full scene was so much worse. When Lottie tried to warn her bit Mari always dismisses Lottie’s bs and she ran into danger. It was worth 3 seasons of waiting to see this episode

the fact that i would end up loving Mari! ahh! also their willingness to agree to a hunt ragebaited initially, not gonna lie! i think they could have thought of something to keep Mari safer though (build some sort of a hiding spot beforehand? i guess they didn't have time for that but yeah :/) love that Natalie even after everything didn't give up, they literally own her so much, also adult Shauna being so delusional? "we had so much fun" you and perhaps Lottie did? no one else! i do hope Tai and Misty do actually something about Shauna!

It took Natalie about 6 hours to a day to get to the top of the mountain. When Shauna found out it was possible night time. I think Shauna going to kill Hannah for the betrayal. I think next season its going to be a power shift. It'll be one group against another. Did Shauna have a mark on her forehead when they were rescued???
