Funny thing is i'm writing a story and in it the girlfriend of the main character is actually like this. Her power is self muscle manipulation and with it she can make all of her muscles bigger and harder at will wish at the same time enhances all of her physical attributes and gives her unlimited superstretch while still remain super cute, feminine and really lovable but at the same time powerful, confident and really cool.
She is in fact not a damsel in distress and is very protective of all her friends and especially her boyfriend whom she loves with all her heart even though he doesn't need protection as he is an Insanely powerful psychokinetic (psychic) so they protect each other equally no matter what.

She is gonna have to save a whole city from a monster that weighs at 2.7 million tones, 3 times bigger then Godzilla, it also has the same bodys as the hulkbuster from the avengers but alsk having a head from the mechs from pacific rim with a blood red and vanta black paint job with 4 massive bright crystal wings while also having the following powers.

Flight, limitless speed, strength and durability, having the BIQ and IQ of an elder god. Also having time, matter and reality manipulation. Also having laser vison, antimatter weaponry, massive laser blades and also booster that can stack indefinitely with the right conditions.
