2007 Freestyle Almost ready to pull the 1st transmission

All of the top end is removed. Figuring out how to suspend the engine. Finally ready for removal.

Glad to see someone finally going into depth of what it takes to get these great cars back onto the road. I currently own two 2005 Freestyles. My first lost her trans at 146, 000 and is a FWD from my grandparents. My current daily is at 273, 000 and is being slowly repaired from the previous owners years of terrible neglect. Absolutely love these cars and have been toying with the idea of the Asin F21 (6speed auto) swap from a Five Hundred into my FWD unit.

Im currently doing this in a shop. Two 07 freestyles. Taking out 2 transmissions and putting one back in the good body. I have a lift, easier to take it out the bottom?
