This is probably one of my favourite house tours and the two annexes with potential for extra income and love the big garden by the waterfront. I would add an outdoor jacuzzi or build like outdoor sauna and steam room too. Lots of potentials!

If I had the dough, I would buy this for the plot/gardens alone. I love how they have designed/landscaped the gardens, absolutely beautiful, looks so peaceful and tranquil. Its like your own private oasis. The house is a decent size and those annexes give you so many options. 👌.Also, your video has made me want to visit Henley now, looks so beautiful! You should work for the Henley tourism board lol.
