To me, this is the best house for the price so far. Much more homely and lovely than all the ultra modern houses with features nobody actually needs. An indoor pool is a a nice feature for the price, a whole huge vine cellar is not needed. Wish more developers realized that.

Corrections: New Forest is a National Park not AONB and the horses and cattle are not wild, they are owned but have free roam of the park.

What a stunningly beautiful house, there isn’t anything I don’t love about it. Well presented tour and really showing of all of the great rooms and spaces. Gorgeous secluded garden and plenty of garaging for the 2/4 wheeled toys. Ok I’m sold I’ll take it, I’ll just check down the back of the sofa.

This has to be one of my favourite properties. It is super spacious and well laid out. The bedroom/apartment above the garage is superb. The pool is massive, love to see it, so many indoor pools tend to be quite small so this is awesome.
Having said all that, the most impressive thing for me is the massive garden/grounds, the stunning setting of the new forest, those mature trees surrounding the garden make it feel like your in your own enchanted forest and being given a hug by nature😂. I would buy this for the gardens/grounds alone. I would put a grass tennis court with the fencing in place and still have tons of lawn space left, it is truly amazing. Now think about this, a place of this size with the same amenities in Surrey ( I love Surrey too btw ) would set you back at least £8m+ .
