Breaking News: Scottish govt to seek new vote on independence

Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced that she will call a second referendum on independence from the United Kingdom.

Sturgeon made the announcement in Edinburgh, and said it was prompted by the refusal of Britain's Prime Minister to compromise with Scotland over Brexit.

last time I heard all this sort of stuff, was Prime minister ian Smith of Rhodesia, wanting to declare UDI  ( unilateral declaration of independence) that country became Zimbabwe with Mugabe as president, and what was the breadbasket of Africa, became a  totalitarian basket case.

Let them have independence then when it all goes wrong and they want to rejoin the Union only accept them under the condition they close down there parliament and Scotland only has 1 MP in Westminster and and all SNP members move to another European country .
