ARTICHOKE HEARTS STUFFED WITH CHICKEN & SPINACH

INGREDIENTS
1 bag of frozen artichoke hearts
1 bag frozen spinach
1 chicken breast chopped small pieces.
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic minced
Tsp. Garlic powder
½ tsp. Ginger powder
salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
Béchamel
2 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Flour
2 cups milk
1 cup Kraft cheddar cheese tin, shredded
DIRECTIONS
Boil the artichokes till they are tender.
In a pan with some oil cook the onions and garlic.
Add the chicken, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt & pepper.
Stir till the chicken is cooked through.
Add the defrosted spinach and cook for a minute.
Béchamel:
Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes .
Add the milk and spices stir well till it thickens.
In a baking dish pour the white sauce then place the artichokes over it.
Fill the artichokes with the chicken and spinach mixture.
Top each one with more white sauce and cheese .
Bake at 180 for 20 minutes.
