For the Protector sword, enchant it with Dual Wield to get the shield.
It's pretty sick.

Btw, i'm honestly surprised you didn't realize, but to get the shield with the Keilo gamepass reward, you need to dual wield enchant it, and so with any other sword that includes another part that is not shown when equipped.
