Diesel Wet Sandblasting Setup Part 1 (New Enigne Install)

Repowered my pressure washer with a small launtop 4hp diesel engine. I have the Wet Sandblasting kit on order , Hope to get her going b4 winter! Only 2000psi , so I hope it works!

Shouldn't you mount the motor with rubber pucks? Vibration issues could rattle bolts loose.

normally pressure washers / steam cleaners add the cleaning solution / soap down stream of the pressure pump, adding before hand will cause possible  wear and even damage to  the pistons and seals, most industrial ceramic  pumps use down stream injector / venturi to add cleaner / soap. that was shit loads of rust and crud in the nozzle, pro;;y from water/solution left in hose for a while to cause that much corrosion / rust . should be easy enough to buy and install the venturi fitting between the pump out put and the hose feed to wand.

I reckon if yer gona keep it, no reason to put on the electric start... If ya sell it though, could add a bit more to the price if it was.

Hey I think I bought a 6 horse diesel off of you earlier this year off of ebay. I was just wondering if you will ever have any 4 horse diesels that you would sell. Also I wouldn't bother with an electric start on the pressure washer. I have a 10 horse diesel pressure washer that I put together and it starts up just fine with the pull start. Even though it is a bit of a pain in the ass haha. But how often would you use it anyway? I don't use mine enough to bother hook up the electric start

its a shame to ME to see briggs flattys just kicked aside for a chinese deez buuut to each his own and the pulse carbs on those do suck so i get it.  i use them on minibikes with 30$ tillotson knockoffs or at least 8 hp tecumseh carbs with a good port and billets they rip better than my light mod gx 270 honda. its so easy to lengthen the tappet lifters and grind the the low side of the cam lobe to get more lift and/or duration on any flathead. one mans trash is an others hot rod
