I spent fifteen minutes last night trying to plug the Ethernet cable into the phone jack because I thought that's where it needed to go. I was absolutely distraught when it wouldn't fit and thought that I was going to have to go back to spectrum and ask for a smaller cord. Lo and behold, it's supposed to be plugged into the back of the equipment and not the wall.

Omg thank you! I contacted support and spoke to an agent and he NEVER mentioned connecting the router and modem. So now I have to cancel an troubleshooting appointment tomorrow lmao. Your video was such a huge help!! Thank you so much! It’s working now!

how do i set this up if i dont have the coax connector? i have the coax cable and yellow + power cables but no place to screw it into the wall
